11. Mobile Application

11.1 If applicable, mobile applications are licensed to you on a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable basis in accordance with these Terms.

11.2 Third-party app store terms may also apply.

12. General

12.1 Electronic communications satisfy legal requirements for written notice.

12.2 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Farel regarding the Site and Services.

12.3 If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
